Very Pleased

I had read several bad reviews and was reluctant to place an order but they had the juice I wanted and the maker of the juice said eJuices.com was a vendor and assured me it would be ok to order from them so I took a chance.

I was amazed I received a military discount very easily and also got a order received email with tracking about a day later and received my full order in about 10 days and with the way PACT is that’s pretty good on shipping.

I will gladly order from them again and hope for the same.

Remind you I am off work fridays and was home all day. There was no deliver attempted no note left saying they tried to deliver this product. I was here and my door bell never rang. I reached out to customer care with ejuices who reaches out to some sketch shipping company, and than forwards the shipping company’s response which stated they attempted delivery 4/29 and no one was home. Complete rubbish. Giving it until Friday and I’ll be disputing these charges

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE ITEMS YOU PAY FOR

First time ordering from this site and it was a horrible experience!! Don't waste your money on them. I ordered on 3/3/22 and my order didn't ship until a week later and then about 12 days later was delivered to the wrong address. My address isn't complicated and my house numbers are very clear to see on my gate door. I contacted them and was told to contact ROUTE to file a claim. I did that and route ordered my package again and that was delivered to the wrong house again!! The shipping carrier this company uses is some 3rd party nonsense of a company whose tracking site is very vague with no name or phone number to be reached at. I contacted route again and told them the shipping company delivered my 2nd order to the wrong house again and route said they would refund my money at that point. I have tried to email juices support team about 15 times now since this mess started and I keep getting rejection emails from them. They are nothing but scammers and don't care about where the shipping company they use delivers their customer's packages. I will stick to the one site I know that uses a well-known shipping company and never messes up my shipments or deliveries. Guess I had to learn the hard way by trying a new site. Stay away from this site.

no comms. no delivery. possible fraud

ordered $100 wroth of vape supplies. It has been over a month and I'm still waiting on movement in the tracking info. All emails listed for the company come back as bad email addresses warning that they don't exist. BAD BAD company....if it even exists anymore

SCAM

I placed an order last week. They sent me a fake tracking number that shows delivered to another country over a month ago. They don't respond to customer service messages. Huge scam.

Sent order on the 9th of December

Sent order on the 9th of December. Got a confirmation email. Got another email stating it had shipped on the 10th. Tracking number shows it went to the Philippines and I’m in North Carolina. 5 support tickets sent with no response. 4 phone calls made with no answer and the calls dropped after one hour waiting on hold. Absolute scam and have filed a dispute with my bank for the return of my $150. Beware this company. I will be filing a report with the BBB right after this.

Black hole of customer “service”

I ordered three weeks ago and received a confirmation email. They sent me an order number and tracking number, neither of which worked in the tracking program when entered. I called customer service twice and was the “12th person in line,” for 90 minutes until the call dropped. Wrote customer service twice with no response. Still no product. I receive a marketing email from them DAILY. I’m canceling the payment with my credit card company. There are many more companies out there with these products. DO NOT BOTHER

Pretty disappointed

Pretty disappointed. Was my first time ordering with them. I placed my order almost a month ago and have not been given any updates regarding shipping. Contacted customer service via toll free number and it loops you to an automated recording saying they can't answer your call and someone will call you back. Left a message 8 days ago with no return call. Also attempted to reach them via email 5 days ago, still no response. Would love to receive the product I ordered or at least get a response regarding what is going on, but I guess the only prompt response is how fast they can collect the payment. Do not waste your time.
